Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed when:
The reservation form is completed, and
The corresponding payment is made or availability is confirmed.
The user will receive confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Schedules will be provided in the booking confirmation and are subject to availability for changes.
3. Changes to the Booking
Changes may be requested at least 48 hours in advance. All changes are subject to availability.
4. Cancellations
7 days or more before check-in: 100% refund
3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours: no refund applies
5. Rescheduling

Force majeure
External circumstances beyond the guest’s control
Rescheduling may be offered at no additional cost.
6. No-Show
If the guest does not show up without prior notice, no refund applies.
